Job Description
Contract Length: 15 months

Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
About the Position
Current work is pre acquisition set up, but the focus will soon be on contract negotiations and acquisition.
The candidate should have scheduling experience to run workshops with the team, understand the Contract Master Schedule and how to integrate that into the Project Master Schedule.
Specific duties:
Liaise with all Stream leads and collect appropriate stream related feedback on the CMS and CWBS for the Contractor
Support the Project Management (PM) stream to capture and manage schedule related risks and issues for the Contractor
Support the PM stream in Contractor negotiations
Undertake schedule related analysis as directed by the PM stream lead
Attend formal meetings between the PM stream, AHQ and tenderers providing schedule related subject matter expertise
Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to the Acquisition Stage as directed by the PM stream lead
Essential Criteria
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to understand the complexities of the project
Desirable Criteria
OPP experience (OPP experience alone will not be sufficient for the role)
